 This one is a little sadder than some of our usual songs. I recently lost someone very close to me, and this song just sort of resonated with that. Even though it was talking about a lost love and not necessarily a lost family member, I felt really close to this song and its message.

Somebody that I Used to Know was a really popular song when it came out. It was pretty mellow, but a good song to relax to. However, Xiren and Stephanie Graham completely revamped the song and gave it a heavier rock feel. I absolutely love this version and I would love to hear more from them.

I actually found this one in a game called Contrast. It had a really nice cabaret like feel to it as one of the main characters in the game was a cabaret singer to support her daughter. there was alot of drama and alot of emotions in that game, but I absolutely loved the look and feel. Cissie Redgwick's voice matches the style of modernized 20's music so well I instantly fell in love with her music.

I am currently binge watching the new Netflix Original show called Safe with Michael C. Hall from Dexter. I can honestly say that this is one of the few shows where I don't skip the intro because I love the song so much. The chorus just makes me want to sing along and clap.
